Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an Obstetrician Gynecologist. We have tried to make scheduling appointments as smooth as possible. You may call our office to speak to a staff member for scheduling or you may use the scheduling request form on the website. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
You will receive your annual reminder letter from our office at least three months in advance of your appointment month. This early reminder allows you the opportunity to schedule at a time that works best for you and your life.
A member of our staff will call to personally remind you of your upcoming appointment a few days in advance. During that call, we will let you know about any potential scheduling problems - like labor! Please feel free to call for a schedule update prior to leaving your home or office.
We provide Wi-Fi for our patients to make your wait more pleasant.
Illness
While we welcome both you and your children, we ask that you either reschedule your appointment or arrange for childcare if your child is sick. Please do not bring any children to the office who are not current on their immunizations, we cannot risk the health of our obstetric or elderly patients.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, but please call our office to verify that we are in network with your plan. We will verify your coverage prior to your visit. This office will file your insurance for you. The balance, as required by your carrier, will be billed after your visit.
Payment Options
We accept credit and debit cards, checks, and cash for payment.
